The Howard Foundation Deepens Commitment to SD43 Educational Excellence

Woodbridge Homes’ Ongoing Support for SD43 Education Foundation Reaches $67,500 Over Three Years

The Howard Foundation, on behalf of Woodbridge Homes, has donated $15,000 for the 2024-25 school year to support children and families in School District 43 (SD43). This contribution will provide financial assistance for after-school programs and camps held during spring and summer breaks. The demand for this support continues to grow, as schools and program providers work to meet increasing requests for financial aid from families.

This donation, made to the SD43 Education Foundation, will help schools fund children’s participation in extracurricular programs, providing much-needed relief for families facing financial challenges.

A Three-Year Commitment to Supporting Families

This is the third consecutive year that Woodbridge Homes has contributed to SD43, bringing the total donations to $67,500. These funds have supported vital initiatives in food security and enabled children to participate in extracurricular activities after school and during school breaks. The strong partnership between School District 43 and local program providers ensures that children in need are connected to valuable opportunities through referrals from school staff.
