The Director of Development will play an integral role overseeing the entire development process of our multi-family and mixed-use projects. Reporting to the President, this role works closely with the executive team and leads the development team advancing projects through due diligence, product design, municipal approvals and construction.

This role is expected to contribute and exemplify our corporate vision and growth by participating in decision-making and demonstrating leadership while nurturing innovation, creativity, and sustainability across all aspects of our operations.

To effectively deliver our expanding portfolio of projects, we seek an experienced Construction Manager (Manager) for our in-house team. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, the Manager will play a pivotal role throughout the planning and construction phases of our projects.

The Manager will work closely with our Development team, construction partners, and senior leadership to achieve and maintain Woodbridge’s commitment to project excellence, professional excellence, and workplace safety. Individuals suitable for this role would be described as hardworking, self-motivated, adaptive, energetic, reliable, professional, confident and intuitive. The role is a full-time position with responsibilities onsite as well as at the Woodbridge head office.
