Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of hosting the Grand Opening of Rindall, our newest townhome community in Port Coquitlam, and the turnout was nothing short of incredible. More than 400 guests joined us under the sunshine for a lively block party that truly reflected the spirit of community we are building here.
The celebration was made even more special with the attendance of PoCo’s Mayor, Brad West, who helped us mark this exciting milestone. Guests enjoyed an afternoon filled with family-friendly games, exciting prizes, and delicious food, all while local musicians set the tone with live performances.
We were thrilled to see the overwhelmingly positive response from the community — from families exploring the homes, neighbors connecting, and kids running through the festivities. The day was filled with laughter, energy, and a shared excitement about what Rindall represents: a place people can come together and call home.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. The success of this event reflects the warmth and enthusiasm of Port Coquitlam, and we can’t wait to welcome our first homeowners to this vibrant new community.
