FAQs

  • What do I do if the elevator malfunctions?

    Always use the emergency button located on the elevator panel to contact assistance if you are in the elevator when it malfunctions.

  • After-Hours Emergencies

    Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: For fire, flood, a police matter, or health-related incident within the property – Please contact the emergency phone line found on your welcome package.

  • Non-Emergency

    Loss of keys or fobs, tenant parking request, storage, pet accident follow-up, noise complaints, etc. Please email rent@themoodyrentals.ca. All non-urgent matters will be responded to during regular business hours.

  • Non-Urgent Maintenance Requests

    Please submit through the RENTCafe Resident portal. Refer to your Tenant Welcome Guide and/or the welcome email for instructions if you are not already registered via RENTCafe.
