On September 30, the Woodbridge team will be taking time to reflect and commemorate the history and legacy of the residential school system; to honour the resilience, dignity and strength of survivors and intergenerational survivors; and remember the children who never came home.
We encourage our team to learn more about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission here, and to read all of the Calls to Action and recognize this day as one of the many steps that can be taken to reflect on our shared history with Indigenous people in Canada.
